Sudah agak lama tidak ku bercerita di sini...Terlalu banyak perkara yang berlaku... Beberapa entry telah tertunggak tentang perkembangan Arman, kelahiran Adiyy, tentang rahsia hati,serta bermacam lagi.. Akan ku cari sedikit waktu utk itu semua.. Mungkinkah terjadi???

Impian Silam...

Last Thursday, while heading to Paka, i heard to this old song and the singer is Mariah Carrey... Well, i was a big fan of her during my schooldays, i like her songs and her voice (or maybe her b**bs? hahaha...)... I even wish that i could sing like her (or maybe wishing that i'm having her b**bs actually?)...and apparently i don't have either one untill today (sad huh???)...

During my old days at 'Cap Kepala Ayam', there a series of karaoke sessions,i will be there 'cause i truely enjoyed those moments and of course i wont sing...I've sung once, but that was it!!! It was my very first attempt and i do admit it was really suck and i guess everybody in the karaoke room wish that they had bring they earmuff along!!!(Nak jadik MekYah Kari bulih la aku nie...hihihi)

Well, some of our 'IMPIAN' during kids could be funny isnt it? Hahaha...

How to be an ultimate ass kisser

I have read a part of this in faiz blog…

What interrogate me to blog on this matter? Or maybe I have found one or maybe some? Biarlah rahsia….hi hi hi…

Based on my own experience, my & others peep observation, etc, etc, blab la bla this type of people is everywhere, dari peniaga ikan dah sayur hinggalah ke agensi2 private mahupun swasta.. Even for the self employed, you need to kiss your customers’ butts; otherwise, they will go elsewhere and you’ll be stuck without a paycheck...

Kissing ass has gotten a bad rap because so many people are bad at it. They’re like amateur magicians that the crowd boos because their tricks are obvious. There is a few step to sharpen this skills….Dare to try? This one way of doing it..i got it from the internet..

Step 1
Mark your target. There's no point in being a kiss ass to everybody. Being the ultimate kiss ass is about marking the target or person in your life who you need to get something from. Usually this is your boss or someone who stands in the way of you getting what you want. If they can tell you "no" for something that's important in your life, then their ass needs to be kissed!

Step 2
Learn your target. Once you've marked your target, now it's time to learn everything you can about them. What do they like? What turns them on? What turns them off? This step also isn't as broad as wondering whether they like golf. It's more about how they react in the course of a conversation. Play close attention to what they respond to. Some tycoons want to be challenged, while some secretaries of tycoons want to be complimented because of their stature on the totem pole. Again this is a delicate dance, a trial and error process which you'll need to apply in order to learn what your "mark" responds to.

Step 3
Determine what you want. This can be a short term goal, like a raise, or a long term goal, like to eventually take over regional operations. Either way you must have a goal in mind. There's nothing worse than someone who relentlessly kisses ass when there's no specific goal in mind.

Step 4
Apply your technique. Now that you've marked your target and studied them you are ready to be the ultimate kiss ass, so pucker up. Use your full bag of tricks. Being one step ahead of someone is a great way of kissing ass without them ever catching on. Rather than being transparent, they'll just perceive you as helpful. Compliments also work well. Also, if your boss loves a specific sports team, or loves the local ballet, just happen to have a pair of tickets for that event which you can't use. Slowly but surely integrate yourself into their life until you move from "included" to "integral."


Some people said, if you work hard, perform well and wait till your turn (as a senior) to sit on the TOP rank…Well guys, it is a fallacy with current situation.. But again, it is you own choice.. If you want to go on a fast track, you shall practice for the above…or you can choose the old way, work with full of intergrity and WAIT, mungkin akan tercapai, mungkin juga jadi angan2 mak jenin… There is opinions this is a very special soft skill that everybody SHOULD have..Is it so? If you are not gifted better don’t!! Or it will create chaos!! Hahaha…


I dont think those step is a must have in me as i never dream of being a CEO/MD...Saya sangat tak bercita-cita hokey? But when my boss asked what will i become in another 10 years during assessment, my answer is CEO!! BLUFF!! Berdrama la kamu ANis...Ha ha ha... But i have a promise to be fulfilled, my ambition when i was a 4 years old kid, who had promise to buy a nice brand new MERCEDES for my DAD!!! Sangat mulia cita2 ini budak... Hi hi hi...Mungkinkah tercapai?

Arman is 7!! (Seven month of course)

Still remember the day when he was born… Sakit tapi bahagia… Ekekeke… Mummy is lucky to have you in my life…

So sorry dear, on the first week mummy rarely touch you..(BAD huh???)
Serious Arman, mummy had never touched a single baby before. To me baby is so fragile, I might break sumtin’…. But eventually, I manage to handle everything on my own… Alhamdulillah..

From day 1st, his FM is S26 GOLD. It seems that this milk can fit him well. Tried Anmum Essential but it is not suitable for him… Asyik popo, popo and popo…It is said that S26 GOLD has protein made from vegetables meanwhile the other milk protein in from cow… Milk ingredient for WYETH product is not sourced from China, so I guess this brand should be free from previous Melamine contamination issue…Till now still with this Wyeth brand… Promise gold…

But one thing that I noticed, he is an early bird even during his days in mummy’s womb... He will start playing at around 6 am in the morning sampai la sekarang… unless dia sgt penat baru la bangun lambat.. same goes to feeding time during night time, since he was born until now he will usually wake up 2 times. The 1st one is around 12 to 1 am and for the 2nd one is 4 to 5 am… Sampai sekarang still bangun malam for MILK… And this boy sangat suke makan… Start to eat at 4 months old…
Stop BF when he was exactly 3 mth old..Sia2 je papa belikan mummy Philip Avent punya pump set, skrg sudah masuk kotak..Mummy pon satu, tak berdisiplin..Ekekeke…

Start meniarap when he is four months…previously siap memekik if we try tiarapkan dia during sleep…nowadays memang akan tido meniarap…few weeks before he turn to 7, dia dah start lambai bye-bye each time we send him to his babysitter’s house, with a big SMILE..before, he won’t even have a look at you (merajuk la konon)…

Days pass by and now Arman is 7 mth.. Sangat2 suka tengok cat and chicken… siap ketawa terbahak2 tengok Maymay bersin…

Seeing how he is developing is FUN!! Semua menda adalah menarik bagi Arman even hanya sehelai tisu.. He can play with it with such a JOY!!
A bit clingy lately…. If Mummy cuti panjang skit aje, mula lah nak dokong2…

Putih, Tak Putih or Hitam???

Last weekend balik kampung, attending my SIL wedding.. Moga the newlyweds bahagia dan berkekalan... Overall the ceremony goes very well, quite a tiring weekend but it was a joyful one!! A lot of food, and of course DIET is PROHIBITED!! Ekekeke...

Arman has been a very good boy throughout the weekend.. Sangat mesra dengan semua orang and Mummy sangat2 lega coz Arman can easily adapt to new situation and mingle with anybody... Amiable young kid, so far la.. Dalam banyak2 person yang die jumpe, yang paling die suke adalah his cousin, Izlan (3 yr).. Arman akan ketawa dengan girang setiap kali di sakat Izlan... He can recognize Izlan and akan senyum2 every time dia nampak Izlan..

Waktu me in my SIL (kakak sulung hubby) tengah melepak tercetuslah satu komunikasi:

My SIL: Adik Lan, antara Adik Lan dan Adik Fir, sape putih dan sape hitam?
Izlan: Adik Fir putih... Adik Lan tak putih...
My SIL: Tak putih tu apa?
Izlan: Tak putih la..Adik lan tak putih...
My SIL: Tak putih tu bukan hitam ke?
Izlan: Bukan..
My SIL: Bukan Adik Lan Hitam ke?
Izlan: Tak la.. Adik Lan tak putih..

Tergelak kami dengan gelagat Izlan,how he was in denial (dia bukan la kulit gelap sangat, cuma if dibandingkan dgn other siblings, dia agak gelap).. He has tried his very best to avoid of using the 'hitam' word.. Tak putih ok?
